Thanks for Your Service Veterans!

If you know a Veteran, someone in your family, friend of the family, neighbor, who served their country, take a brief moment of your day to thank them.

Thank them for the sacrifice they made for the better good of their country. I am thankful for every soldier who has served our great nation and a single day hardly seems sufficient for recognition.

So, to the men and women who answered the call in both times of war and peace, thank you. Your service was and always will be appreciated by the majority of us who are fortunate enough to say we live in the most prosperous republic on the face of the earth.

We salute you with every bit of the honor, and reverence your service deserves. The commitments, such as those you made, keeps us free, and a model for many other nations to follow. Your service counted.

Our debt of gratitude will never be complete. Thank you for your service to our country.

Fun in the Mud

As many of you knew, it rained today in Indiana. So...me and my little brother Seth decided to, instead of sitting inside playing board games, go have some fun in the mud riding dirt bikes and getting them stuck in the muck...and that's exactly what we did!

Laughter

 

Recently we went to Kings Island with a bunch of high schoolers from our school. I had a blast, and we laughed SO much! I had not laughed that hard in a long time! Proverbs 17:22 says, " A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." I could not have thought of a better group of people to go with! Thanks for making the trip a blast, guys!

The Music Bar

I just wanted to take this post to mention that that little black bar at the bottom of the screen is for listening to some of the music that is relevant to this blog. Songs such as Made in America, Love like Crazy, Thats why I Pray, and This Aint Nothin are on it, with more on the way......

( It took me about 5 hours to figure out how to get th bar on the darn blog!)

Pray for our nation...

We have a promise from the Lord: "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land"(2 Chronicles 7:14, NIV).

Making A House A Home

Well some of you guys had asked how the house was coming along and I belive that a picture is worth a thousand words so.....
